Motorway Survey

On Friday morning, class 7 carried out a traffic survey on the M4 motorway.

We did a tally of the different vehicles that travelled Eastbound and Westbound during a 15 minute session. We were amazed at the number of cars that passed by. About 500 each way!!!

We hope to carry out another survey to compare the results and to see which time of the day/week is busiest!

The drivers waved, beeped their horns and flashed their lights!

Presentation on terria

My presentation was on Terria. In Terria you have to survive throughout the game until you complete the game. You can defeat bosses to get materials to make weapons, armor and magic. You can mine magical ores to use for crafting and building . You can have easy bosses and hard mode bosses to defeat in your world also bosses can spaw at a random time in the night. You can find chests underground which contain lots of things that you can use through the game.

Parkour

I done my presentation on parkour. Davies Belle invented parkour and his friend Sebastian but then Sebastian done his own way called free running because parkour is more strict and free running is not  and if you didn't know what parkour is it a way to travel its climbing and it's fun.

The history of the F.A

Today I talked about the history of the F.A. I talked about who the founder was. The first ever teams such as Man United, Blackburn Rovers and so many more. The founder was Ebenezer Cobb Morley  in 1863. Man United has won 20 cups and loads more.

Taekwondo presentation

Taekwondo is a marshal art.We learn to use self defence and attack.Taekwondo was founded by grand master general Choi Hong Hi in1955 South Korea.There is varity of belts in Taekwondo like white,yellow,green,blue,red and black and more.There are things in Taekwondo called 3 step and 2 step they teach you self defence and attack.On Tuesday we do extra training, and we  use numbchucks and swords to practice our techniques.

Real life bugs

  My class has done presentations on what that's like and my presentations was about real life bug and insects the bug I choose to do was a little bit creepy. Choose to talk about bug from around the world like damselflies and the exotic planthopper.

Cerys' talk on dogs

We talked about our projects this week.I talked about Ozzie and Taffy.They are dogs.They are my best friends.I said where they came from, how old they are and their likes and dislikes.I showed the class pictures of them and brought in some of their toys.Lots of the class asked questions about them. Questions like How old were they? Where did they come from? And lots more! The class liked the pictures of Ozzie and Taffy but most preferred Ozzie. Taffy's my favourite though!
